01 Getting listed
There is no sign-up button, deliberately. An account here can read the name and mobile number of every player who books you, so we confirm a club is who it says it is before we make one. Ask us to add your venue and we set it up, usually the same day.
02 Your day, at the desk
Sign in at the venue console and the first tab is the day: every booking, in time order, with the player’s name and a phone number you can press to call. Plus the reference they will read out, and what the day should take at the desk.
Mark a booking played once they arrive, or cancel it. Cancelling genuinely puts the slot back on sale within seconds.
03 Taking a court off sale
Resurfacing, a coaching session, a tournament, a burst pipe. Block the slot and it stops being bookable. If a player already holds it, Court Call tells you rather than quietly double-booking your court. Unblock puts it back.
04 Courts, hours and prices
The Courts tab adds a court when you build one, renames one, or turns one off while it is out of action. Nothing deletes a court, because that would take its booking history with it.
Hours and rates sets opening and closing, when your evening rate starts, how long a block is, and four prices — weekday day, weekday evening, weekend day, weekend evening. Changing a price never changes a booking somebody already holds.
There is a switch to stop taking bookings entirely. Use it for the off-season instead of asking us to delete anything.
