Guest & Media Rules

Wishing Wall is designed for sincere, joyful memories. Every guest submission must respect the celebrants and everyone shown.

You may share

Original congratulations, respectful memories, appropriate photographs and short videos that you created or have permission to share for the celebration.

Do not share

• Harassment, threats, hate, humiliation, explicit sexual content or graphic violence.
• Private or sensitive information such as addresses, passwords, financial information or identification documents.
• Content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Malware, disguised files, executable content, automated spam or attempts to bypass security.
• Images focused on children without appropriate parent, guardian or organizer permission.

Your confirmation

By sending a wish or media, you confirm that you are permitted to share it and allow its use on the event display and in the celebrants’ private keepsake under the Terms of Service. You remain responsible for your submission.

Moderation and removal

Depending on the event setting, content may appear automatically or wait for review. The organizer or ReggiesOnline may hide, reject, quarantine or delete content when reasonably necessary. Reactions normally appear immediately but can be paused.

Report a concern

Send the event name, guest display name and a description of the content to hello@reggiesonline.com. Urgent privacy or safety requests will be prioritized.
