Privacy Policy

This notice explains how ReggiesOnline collects, uses, protects, retains and deletes information for Wishing Wall.

1. Information we process

We may process organizer and client names, email addresses, account identifiers, event details and service communications. Guest submissions may contain a display name, wish, sticker, reaction, photo or short video. Operational records can include timestamps, approximate network identifiers, security events and download activity.

2. Why we use it

We use information to provide the booked event, authenticate organizers, display and moderate wishes, deliver the organizer’s keepsake, prevent abuse, communicate service notices, resolve complaints and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the activity, processing may be based on consent, performance of a service, legitimate security interests or legal requirements.

3. Visibility

Approved guest content is visible on the event’s live screen and may be available to people using the event link. The organizer and authorized ReggiesOnline administrators can review event content. Organizers may download content for their personal keepsake. Guests should not submit information they do not want shared in this event context.

4. Service providers and international processing

We use carefully selected hosting, database, storage, email and deployment providers to operate the service. Their systems may process data outside the Philippines under their contractual security and privacy commitments. We do not sell guest personal data.

5. Security

Measures include invitation-only organizer access, private storage, access controls, encrypted connections, upload restrictions, rate limiting, audit records and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security; suspected incidents should be reported immediately.

6. Retention

Guest submissions close seven days after the event date. The celebration itself, including its wishes, reactions and replay, is retained until the organizer asks us to remove it; there is no scheduled deletion of those.

From thirty days after a celebration we may remove the photo and video files from our servers to manage storage. We will not remove them earlier, and the organizer can export their wishes, reactions, photos and videos from the organizer console at any time beforehand.

Security, transaction and consent records may be retained longer where reasonably required for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance. Removal requests are handled manually and are subject to backups and lawful retention.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask whether we process your information and request access, correction, objection, portability where applicable, or deletion, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. Guests may request removal of a wish or image. You may also lodge a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

8. Children and third-party images

Guests must have permission before uploading another person’s image. A parent, guardian or event organizer should authorize content focused on a child. We may remove such content when consent is uncertain.
