Your data, handled carefully
ReggiesOnline Privacy Policy
This notice covers personal data ReggiesOnline collects through this website, through enquiries and feedback, and in the course of professional engagements. Guest media captured at a Wishing Wall celebration is covered by its own notice.
Version 1.0 · Last updated 5 September 2026 · Applies to reggiesonline.com and ReggiesOnline professional services
1. Who is responsible
ReggiesOnline, operated by Reggie Jardin Comendador from Cebu, Philippines, decides how the data described here is used. Formal registration and complete controller details will be published when available. Privacy enquiries: hello@reggiesonline.com.
2. What we collect
- Feedback submissions: your name, email address, category, rating and message, plus a one-way hash of your network address used only for rate limiting.
- Contact form enquiries: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and location, together with the subject you pick and your message. A one-way hash of your network address is stored alongside it and used only to limit how many messages can be sent in an hour. Enquiries are stored so that one can never be lost if our email fails; they are readable only by ReggiesOnline.
- Other enquiries: whatever you include when you email us directly or contact us through a linked platform.
- Client engagements: contact details, billing information, and the project material you share with us.
- Technical records: standard server and security logs generated by our hosting and database providers, including request times, approximate network identifiers and error events.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, review and—only with your permission—publish testimonials, deliver and invoice contracted work, keep the site secure and available, investigate abuse, and meet accounting and legal obligations. Depending on the activity we rely on your consent, on performance of a contract, on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, or on a legal requirement.
4. Publication of feedback
Submitting feedback includes your agreement that it may be shown on this website with your name, and the form says so above the button. Nothing is published automatically: every submission is read by a person first, and most are never published at all. If published, only your name, category, rating, message and date appear. Your email address is never published, and you can ask for a published item to be removed at any time.
5. Service providers
We use a small set of providers to run the business: a hosting and deployment platform, a managed PostgreSQL database and object storage, a transactional email service, a source-code platform and cloud file storage. They process data on our instructions under their own security and privacy commitments, and some process it outside the Philippines. We keep this list short deliberately and review it as part of a periodic security check.
6. Security
Access to systems holding personal data requires individual accounts with multi-factor authentication. Credentials and API keys are held in managed secret storage, never in documents or source code. Database access is governed by row-level policies, connections are encrypted in transit, and administrative actions are logged. No online service can promise absolute security; please report a suspected incident immediately.
7. Retention
Contact form enquiries and email correspondence are kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, and you can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time. Feedback is kept until you ask for removal or we retire it. Engagement and financial records are kept for the period required by Philippine tax and accounting rules. Security and rate-limiting records are retained alongside the submission they relate to. They contain no direct identifier — the client reference is a one-way hash — and are removed when the related record is removed.
8. Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you and request access, correction, objection, portability where applicable, or deletion, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it at any time. You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
9. Wishing Wall guests
Wedding wishes, photos, videos and reactions submitted at a celebration are handled under a separate notice with its own retention and deletion rules. See the Wishing Wall Guest Privacy Notice.
10. Changes
Material changes receive a new version number and date shown at the top of this page.
