Website Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of reggiesonline.com. They cover the site itself—its content, previews and forms—and are separate from the Wishing Wall service terms and from any signed client engagement.

1. Scope

These terms apply to everyone who visits or interacts with reggiesonline.com and its subpages, including product overviews, the feedback form and contact links. They do not govern a booked Wishing Wall celebration, which is covered by the Wishing Wall Service Terms, nor a paid consulting engagement, which is covered by the Client Services Agreement.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the site, read and share its pages, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, republish substantial portions as your own, use it to train a commercial model without written permission, probe or bypass its security controls, or misrepresent your affiliation with ReggiesOnline.

3. Intellectual property

The ReggiesOnline name, the Wishing Wall and EVANNA names, the logos, product imagery, page copy, layout and source code are owned by ReggiesOnline or used under licence. Nothing on this site transfers ownership or grants a trademark licence. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

4. Feedback and submissions

When you send feedback through the site you confirm the content is yours to share and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Feedback is held privately and published only after review; we may edit for length or clarity, decline to publish, or remove a published item at any time. By submitting, you grant ReggiesOnline a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your name, role and comment as a testimonial on this site. You may withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and we will remove the published item.

5. Product previews and forward-looking statements

Pages describing products in development—including EVANNA and unreleased Wishing Wall features—describe current intent, not a commitment. Features, availability, pricing and timelines can change or be withdrawn. Do not make a purchasing or business decision in reliance on a preview page alone.

6. External links

The site links to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn and Upwork. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

7. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every page is complete, current or error-free, and we may change or remove content without notice. Planned and unplanned interruptions can occur.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReggiesOnline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, from reliance on its general information, or from any third-party service linked from it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under Philippine consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the courts of Cebu, without limiting mandatory rights available to you where you live.

10. Changes and contact
