Terms of Service

These terms govern access to ReggiesOnline and use of the Wishing Wall live celebration experience.

1. The service

Wishing Wall enables an authorized organizer to create a celebration, share a guest QR link, receive wishes and media, and present approved content on a live display. Features, capacity and retention depend on the confirmed booking.

2. Accounts and bookings

Organizer access is invitation-only after booking confirmation. You are responsible for accurate booking information, safeguarding your account and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Accounts and events may not be transferred or resold without written permission.

3. Organizer responsibilities

The organizer must have authority to operate the event, inform guests about the display and collection of memories, choose suitable moderation settings, and respond to removal concerns. The organizer must not invite unlawful collection or use the service to harass, deceive or infringe another person’s rights.

4. Guest content

Guests retain ownership of their wishes and media. By submitting content, they grant ReggiesOnline a limited, non-exclusive licence to securely host, process, resize, display and deliver it to the organizer and the celebrants for the event and its private keepsake. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies already downloaded by the organizer or retained where legally required.

5. Availability and event connectivity

We take reasonable measures to provide a reliable service, but internet connectivity, venue equipment, third-party platforms and circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect performance. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. If an essential failure within our reasonable control materially prevents delivery, available remedies will follow the Refund Policy and applicable Philippine law.

5a. Service limits

Each celebration includes one same-day-edit film (up to 500 MB), one music track (up to 30 MB) and up to thirty organizer photos (up to 50 MB each). Guests may attach one photo or video of up to 100 MB per wish, up to eight in any hour, and a celebration accepts up to 500 guest photos and videos in any 24 hours. Wishes, reactions and gifts are not individually capped, subject to a burst limit that protects the wall from automated flooding. Guest submission closes seven days after the event date. These limits keep the venue screen responsive and are stated in the organizer guide; we will tell you before changing them.

6. Storage and deletion

Guests can submit wishes until seven days after your event date. Your wall then remains visible but stops accepting new ones. Your celebration itself stays online until you ask us to remove it; there is no expiry on the wall, the wishes or the replay.

You can export your wishes, your reactions and gifts, and every photo and video from the organizer console at any time, and save the whole replay as a single video file from the replay screen. We encourage you to do so in the first weeks. From thirty days after your celebration we may remove the photo and video files from our servers to manage storage. Your wishes, your reactions and your replay are unaffected and remain available. We will not remove media before thirty days have passed.

You can request removal of your celebration, or of any individual wish, sooner by contacting hello@reggiesonline.com, and we will action it promptly.

7. Prohibited use and enforcement

The Guest & Media Rules form part of these terms. We may restrict access, quarantine media, hide content or suspend an event when reasonably necessary to protect guests, the celebrants, the service or the law.

8. Payments, cancellations and consumer rights

Confirmed prices and inclusions are presented before payment. A booking is confirmed by a non-refundable retainer that reserves your date, with the balance due before the event; your wall goes live once the balance is paid. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules are stated in full in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReggiesOnline is not responsible for guest-submitted content, unauthorized downloads made by people given an event link, venue failures or indirect losses. Where we are liable for a booking, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for that booking. Any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer, privacy and other applicable rights.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will receive a new version and updated date. Continued use after reasonable notice means the revised terms apply from their effective date. Contact: hello@reggiesonline.com, Cebu, Philippines.
