Short version: reggiesonline.com sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and nothing on this site follows you to other websites. This page explains the little that is stored and why.

1. No advertising or tracking cookies
We do not run advertising networks, cross-site trackers, social pixels or third-party analytics on this website. No cookie is used to build a profile of you, and no data about your visit is sold or shared with advertisers.
2. What is actually stored
- Organizer session (Wishing Wall only): when an organizer signs in, an access token is held in browser session storage so the console works across page changes. It is cleared when the browser tab closes and is never sent to a third party.
- Security and infrastructure: our hosting and database providers may set short-lived technical cookies or headers needed to route requests and to protect against abuse. These are strictly necessary to deliver the page.
Nothing above is used for marketing, and none of it requires a consent banner under the strictly-necessary exemption. If that ever changes, we will ask before setting anything optional.
3. Server-side records
Because we do not use client-side analytics, the only record of a visit is the standard server log kept by our hosting provider—request time, page requested, response status and an approximate network identifier. We use these to keep the site available and to investigate errors and abuse, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them. Feedback submissions additionally store a one-way hash of your network address purely to enforce a submission rate limit; the original address is not stored.
4. Third-party content
Some pages load an image generated by a QR-code service so an organizer can print a guest poster. Links to LinkedIn and Upwork are ordinary links: nothing from those platforms runs on this site, but visiting them is subject to their own cookie practices.
5. Controlling storage yourself
Every major browser lets you block or clear cookies and site storage, and offers a private browsing mode. Blocking storage for this site will sign an organizer out of the Wishing Wall console but will not affect ordinary browsing of the public pages.
6. If we add analytics later
If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics, we will update this page with a new version and date, name the provider, say what is measured, and—where consent is required—ask for it before anything is set.
